Government portals, sponsored search providers, and other third parties apply their own terms and privacy rules. Their content, uptime, charges, and data handling are not our responsibility.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not promise that any detail is complete, accurate, or current, or that a linked portal will operate or return a correct match.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from the service, a linked resource, or reliance on records reached through either.

8. Site Intellectual Property
Copyright protects the original text, design, logo, and layout. You may link to a page or quote a brief attributed excerpt, but may not republish full pages or systematically copy the content.
9. Term Changes
A revised version may be posted here. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revision.
10. Restricting Access
We may restrict or block access, without notice, when a user abuses the service or violates these terms.
11. Governing Law
Alabama law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public writings held by Alabama custodians are addressed by the Alabama Open Records Act, chiefly Ala. Code §36-12-40, but that statute does not turn this private service into a government custodian.
12. Severability
If one provision cannot be enforced, all remaining provisions continue in effect.
13. Questions
